Crazy Weekend

It was a very crazy weekend… We started the day and everything was fine. We met at 10am, MRT Pasay Station… I was very excited because it was a week since we last met… Everything went well… Lunch at Greenwich MOA… Then roam around the mall to check out stuffs… We decided to watch a movie and went straight to the cinemas. We bought chips at the supermarket and had our movie together at 1pm. After the movie, we went around the mall again and we were giving out jokes that made each other laugh. It was around 4pm when I asked him if we could watch the fashion event that day but he refused and told me that we will be leaving the mall early so that we could be home early and rest. I told him “mauna ka na kaya umuwi…” and I meant that as a joke then I went straight to Human to check their stuff and to my surprise, he was gone. I tried calling his number but it seems that he turned his phones off. I was very worried and pissed at the same time because it was the first time I was left alone by someone. I waited for a reply and it was 5pm already. I went around hoping to find him but I didn’t. At last, around 5:30 I was able to get in touch with him. I asked him where he is and found out that he was riding the MRT already and that he was heading home. I was very mad asking him why he did that and was asking him to go back but he refused to. I decided to follow and we agreed that he’d wait for me at Gateway. It was past 6pm when I got to the place and saw him seating. I sat beside him without a word. We were both quiet and it felt very unusual. I decided to buy ice cream and gave it to him as a sign of my apology about what happened and I was surprised when he gave me a cow coin bank and said the words “sorry”… we both laughed and asked each other what happened and from that conversation we found out the real story. He thought that I was serious when I told him to go home. We both learned from this experience and agreed that it won’t happen again. We ended our day with a mass and had dinner together and everything went well again. It was indeed a very crazy weekend for both of us. =P
